It's release day! Actually release evening, because Awesome Husband and I spent the day at a pumpkin patch and sunflower garden, which I've decided is an excellent way to celebrate autumn and a new release!
So...The Featherbed Puzzle is out today! Rain, chocolate pastries, jigsaw puzzles, far too many featherbeds, and an m/m retelling of "The Princess & the Pea"!

Also this one has one of my favorite covers ever, for one of my stories. I love it – it matches the mood and the theme so effortlessly.
Grab it at JMS Books here!

Date: 2021-10-13 08:04 pm (UTC)And of course Alan pretty much fell in love with him on first meeting, somewhere between Arthur going out in the storm and then the two of them doing a puzzle in the library, fitting together so easily. And the practical part of Alan's head keeps shouting, no, no, you KNOW you're not good enough for him, you were nowhere on the list of invited suitors, don't you DARE want this, while his heart keeps whispering but he's sweet and shy and earnest and thoughtful and generous and gorgeous and he wants to help people and he shouldn't be marrying someone he doesn't love, someone who doesn't laugh at his jokes or see the fun in a puzzle...
Meanwhile, Justin and Horatius are
falling head over heelsloathing each other. No, really. Obviously. Loathing. Not any other word. Horatius doesn't actually care that Justin's cold, and want to warm him up, and worry about him, right? And Justin wouldn't want him to. Clearly. :D :D
